Leadership Development Program

We take the development of our employees seriously. One aspect of Champion Energy's employee development is reflected in the company’s Leadership Development Program, specifically designed for recent college graduates.

This unique program aims to create a comprehensive knowledge base in a select group of employees by rotating them through the major areas of our company. Leadership Development Program participants rotate through accounting, energy supply management, marketing, operations and other departments to see and experience key areas first hand. At the conclusion of the 18-month program, candidates are well-versed in all aspects of the company and prepared to take on leadership responsibilities armed with knowledge and experience that would otherwise take many years to acquire.
